Volleyball Recap: Pius X Thunderbolts vs. Marian Crusaders
Pius X was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Marian Crusaders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunderbolts of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Saturday.

Despite the loss, Pius X still got an impressive performance from Emilia Reiling, who had 17 digs. Reiling is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 14 or more in the last 15 games she's played dating back to last season.
Marian was led to victory by Addison Janke and Melody Mayer. Janke had eight digs and two aces, while Mayer had 15 digs.
Pius X's loss dropped their record down to 10-21. As for Marian, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 20-10.
