Volleyball Recap: South Spencer Comes Up Short

South Spencer lost against North Posey back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rebels fell 2-0 to the Vikings.

Despite the loss, South Spencer still got an impressive performance from Kendall Lloyd, who had ten digs. Lloyd is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 13 games she's played.

South Spencer has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-15 record this season. As for North Posey, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 23-4.

South Spencer has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Evansville Reitz on the 11th. As for North Posey, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Evansville Mater Dei on the 11th.
