Basketball Recap: Wolsey-Wessington Comes Up Short

Wolsey-Wessington has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost to the Aberdeen Christian Knights on the road by a 62-45 margin on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Warbirds' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the loss, Wolsey-Wessington still got an impressive performance from Moshe Richmond, who posted 18 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Larz Tvedt was another key player, putting up eight points.

Wolsey-Wessington's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Aberdeen Christian, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Wolsey-Wessington will be taking part in a tournament against Sunshine Bible Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Aberdeen Christian, they will challenge Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday.
