Baseball Recap: Sackets Harbor Central Takes a Loss

Sackets Harbor Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 7-2 to the South Lewis Falcons. The Patriots were not able to make up for their defeat to the Falcons from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Sackets Harbor Central saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Damon Serow, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Sackets Harbor Central now has a losing record of 6-7. As for South Lewis, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sackets Harbor Central will head out to face off against Belleville Henderson Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for South Lewis, they will venture away from home to square off against Central at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
