Softball Recap: Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Takes a Loss

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders, falling 13-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in February.

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest will challenge rival McAllen at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North is set to square off against their familiar foe Pioneer at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
