Argo is 6-1 against Tinley Park since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Argonauts will welcome the Titans at 4:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Argo sitting on eight straight wins and Tinley Park on six.

Argo will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Homewood-Flossmoor, who they had gone 0-8 against in their eight prior meetings. The Argonauts walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Vikings on Wednesday.

While Argo won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Tinley Park was able to grind out a solid win over Hillcrest on Tuesday, taking the game 2-0.

Tinley Park easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-16.

Argo better keep an eye on Aaron Benitez. He was instrumental in Tinley Park's win, getting 17 digs. Those 17 digs gave Benitez a new career-high.

Argo's victory bumped their record up to 20-9. As for Tinley Park, their win bumped their record up to 12-8.

Argo beat Tinley Park 2-0 in their previous matchup back in May of 2025. Will the Argonauts repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
