Baseball Recap: JAG Takes a Loss

JAG was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Carver Montgomery Wolverines, falling 18-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-8 on Tuesday.

Jamori Mallard made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple and one RBI.

JAG's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Carver Montgomery, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12.

While JAG had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
