Basketball Recap: Cache Comes Up Short

Cache came into this matchup off a tough 36-point loss on Tuesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Crossings Christian Knights by a score of 37-35 on Thursday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cache's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Crossings Christian, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-7.

Coming up, Cache and Blanchard will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. As for Crossings Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Glencoe at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
