Volleyball Recap: Greenbrier Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Greenbrier came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the White House Blue Devils, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

While Greenbrier was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23, 25-21.

Greenbrier's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-6. As for White House, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-4.

Looking ahead, Greenbrier will head out to challenge Springfield at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, White House and Macon County will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
