Soccer Recap: South Aiken Takes a Loss

South Aiken lost against North Augusta two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Thoroughbreds fell 2-0 to the Yellow Jackets. The shutout was out of character for South Aiken seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

South Aiken's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-8. As for North Augusta, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4-1.

South Aiken does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Augusta, they will challenge Midland Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
