Baseball Recap: Riverton Silverwolves vs. Bingham Miners        
        
		
            
 Riverton stacked  an  eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They put the hurt on the Bingham Miners with a sharp  12-4 win. The  victory was nothing new for Riverton as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
  Cooper Hansen tossed a big game,   striking out six batters over  six innings while giving up  three earned runs off   five  hits.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Drake Piersall, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 4-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaden Allred, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4.
 On Bingham's side, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Abraham Atencio, who  went 2-for-3 with  an  RBI.
 Riverton pushed their record up to 17-6 with that  win, which was their sixth straight  on the road. As for Bingham, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-10.
 Riverton will have a chance to go back-to-back against Bingham: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
