Johnson-Brock won the last time they faced Sacred Heart and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Irish. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Johnson-Brock took both sets by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-8.

Kasie Knippelmeyer paced Johnson-Brock's offense, picking up ten kills. Knippelmeyer got some help from Kinley Vice and her 19 assists. Vice and Knippelmeyer didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with two apiece.

Johnson-Brock's win bumped their record up to 17-10. As for Sacred Heart, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-15.

Looking ahead, Johnson-Brock will welcome Sterling on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Jets at the right time seeing as the Jets are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Sacred Heart, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer on the 21st.
