West Catholic came tearing into Monday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over the Wayland Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 1-0 on Monday.
Cru Visconti spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on one hit.
