The Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons are taking a road trip to take on the Chopticon Braves at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Our Lady of Good Counsel is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.4 runs per game this season.

Our Lady of Good Counsel is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another highly-ranked state team: Bishop O'Connell, who was ranked first in their home state at the time (Our Lady of Good Counsel was ranked second). Our Lady of Good Counsel lost 16-2 to Bishop O'Connell on Friday. The match marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Chopticon never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Thomas Stone with a sharp 17-0 win. The Braves haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.
