Volleyball Recap: Lumberton Comes Up Short

Lumberton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Richton Rebels, falling 3-0. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Rebels from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Lumberton's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Richton, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6.

While Lumberton had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
