Basketball Recap: Skyline Comes Up Short

Skyline lost against Oakland back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Skyline Titans were outmatched by the Oakland Wildcats and fell 81-21. The matchup marked the Titans 's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Oakland, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Skyline will head out to take on Napa at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Oakland, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Santa Cruz at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Santa Cruz is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55 points per game this season.
