Basketball Game Preview: JAG Jaguars vs. Enterprise Wildcats

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the JAG Jaguars take on the Enterprise Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday... Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

JAG came up into this matchup off a tough 22-point loss on Thursday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Tuscaloosa County by a score of 59-56 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Jaguars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 247th, while the Wildcats are ranked 110th).

Meanwhile, Enterprise came up short against Bob Jones on Friday and fell 40-32. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

JAG has traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season. As for Enterprise, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.

JAG couldn't quite finish off Enterprise in their previous matchup back in February and fell 66-63. Can JAG avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
