Basketball Recap: Sutter Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Sutter and Ripon Christian squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Sutter had to settle for second. They came up short against the Ripon Christian Knights, falling 58-38. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sutter's loss dropped their record down to 16-13. As for Ripon Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 games, which provided a nice bump to their 23-5 record this season.

Sutter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ripon Christian, they will challenge Colfax at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Colfax comes in on five and Ripon Christian on ten.
