Soccer Recap: Hanna Takes a Loss

Hanna lost against Economedes two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hanna Golden Eagles came up short against the Economedes Jaguars, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Golden Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 425th, while the Jaguars are ranked 48th).

Hanna is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. As for Economedes, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1.

Hanna has already played their next contest (against United), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Economedes will take on Laredo LBJ in a tournament on Friday. Economedes is facing Laredo LBJ at the right time seeing as Laredo LBJ is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
