Baseball Recap: Centreville Academy Comes Up Short

Centreville Academy lost against Amite School Center back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Centreville Academy lost 18-5 to Amite School Center. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Centreville Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Garrett Jeansonne, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Centreville Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Amite School Center, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Centreville Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on West Lincoln at 3:00 p.m. on April 5. As for Amite School Center, they will face off against Christian Home Educators Fellowship at 6:00 p.m. on April 4.
