Rivers Kurland gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. He struck out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in May of 2024.
