Soccer Recap: East Forsyth Takes a Loss

East Forsyth lost against Dawson County back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Broncos lost 5-1 to the Tigers. While losing is never fun, East Forsyth can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 175th, while Dawson County are ranked 48th).

East Forsyth has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Dawson County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Forsyth will welcome Pinecrest Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dawson County, they will host Wesleyan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
