Madison hadn't done well against Clinton recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Trojans walked away with a 2-0 win over the Redwolves. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Lilly Pharion paced Madison's offense, picking up ten kills. Pharion got some help from Ja'Kara Rincon and her 21 assists.

Madison's victory bumped their record up to 29-12-2. As for Clinton, with the loss, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 22-5-1.

Madison didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Tecumseh on the 18th. Clinton has also already played their next contest (against Adrian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
