Olathe North had won eight straight games and Asia Lee did her part to make it nine on Friday. The Olathe North Eagles walked away with a 54-46 victory over the Olathe Northwest Ravens which was due in part to Lee, who went 7-for-12 to rack up 22 points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 17 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Allie Workman, who posted five points along with 11 rebounds and three steals. Those 11 boards gave her a new career-high.

Olathe North's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-5. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to offensive rebounds: they averaged an imposing 17.25 offensive boards in those games compared to only 7.5 in the others. As for Olathe Northwest, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
