Fike is 9-0-1 against West Johnston since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Demons will head out to challenge the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

West Johnston will be up against a hot Fike squad: the team just extended their winning streak to six. The Demons never let East Wake get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory on Tuesday. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Fike's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 113th, while East Wake are ranked 376th).

Meanwhile, West Johnston waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Saints as they made off with a 9-0 win. That's two games straight that West Johnston have won by exactly nine goals.

Fike pushed their record up to 14-4-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 43 goals over those six matchups. As for West Johnston, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6-1.

Fike was able to grind out a solid win over West Johnston in their previous meeting back in March, winning 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Demons since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
