Football Recap: Lee Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lee played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Decatur Red Raiders, falling 35-12. The Generals have struggled against the Red Raiders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Reid Roberson went supernova For Decatur., rushing for 84 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, while also throwing for 165 yards and a pair of TDs on only 14 passes. Those 84 rushing yards gave Roberson a new career-high. Quaylen Hampton was in the mix as well, providing Decatur with two scores.

Lee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Decatur, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Coming up, Lee will face off against Gadsden City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Decatur, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Columbia at 7:00 p.m.
