Softball Game Preview: Rolling Meadows Mustangs vs. Addison Trail Blazers

The Rolling Meadows Mustangs will take on the Addison Trail Blazers at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Rolling Meadows has given up an average of 8.6 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Rolling Meadows came up short against Niles North on Friday, falling 23-7. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rolling Meadows saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taya Rozanski, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Rozanski also put up a double, which was her first of the season. Caylee Del Boccio was another, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Addison Trail not only won last Friday, but they posted their biggest win since May 20, 2024. Everything went their way against Bolingbrook as they made off with a 7-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blazers.

Rolling Meadows now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Addison Trail, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
