Football Recap: River View Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If River View was riding high fresh off their 40-14 takedown of Webster County last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Raiders came up short against the Clay-Battelle Cee-Bees on Friday, falling 40-18.

River View has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. As for Clay-Battelle, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. River View will square off against Grundy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders will be up against the Golden Wave's rather soft defense (which has allowed 43.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
