There's no place like home for Southeast of Saline, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Marysville Bulldogs on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Trojans as it spelled an end to their six-match losing streak.

While Southeast of Saline won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-23.

Southeast of Saline's victory bumped their record up to 9-19. As for Marysville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-18.

Looking ahead, Southeast of Saline will square off against Hoisington on Thursday. As for Marysville, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rock Creek at 5:15 p.m. on the 14th.
