Superior waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hayden Lobos. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Superior's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Hayden, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.

The future could be bright for both Superior and Hayden: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Panthers will look to extend Apache Junction's three-game losing streak when they meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Hayden will try to hand Valley Lutheran their third-straight loss when the two meet at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
