Volleyball Game Preview: Westminster Schools of Augusta Wildcats vs. Glenn Hills Spartans

The Westminster Schools of Augusta Wildcats will face off against the Glenn Hills Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Westminster Schools of Augusta and 11 for Glenn Hills.

It was a proper cat-fight when Westminster Schools of Augusta faced off against St. Andrew's on Saturday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

Westminster Schools of Augusta was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Glenn Hills also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Cross Creek by a score of 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-19.

Glenn Hills' loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Westminster Schools of Augusta, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-6.

Everything went Westminster Schools of Augusta's way against Glenn Hills in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as Westminster Schools of Augusta made off with a 3-0 win.
