Buffalo Seminary's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kadence Spino led the charge by putting up 19 points. The dominant performance gave Spino a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Molly Reynolds, who posted 13 points.

Meanwhile, everything went Buffalo Academy of Science's way against Cleveland Hill on Saturday as Buffalo Academy of Science made off with a 38-13 victory. The Wolverines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 23 points or more this season.

The win got Buffalo Seminary back to even at 8-8. As for Buffalo Academy of Science, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Buffalo Seminary was able to grind out a solid victory over Buffalo Academy of Science when the teams last played back in December of 2024, winning 29-17. The rematch might be a little tougher for Buffalo Seminary since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
