Volleyball Game Preview: Durand Railroaders vs. Chesaning Indians + How To Watch

The Durand Railroaders are taking a road trip to square off against the Chesaning Indians at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Durand will be strutting in after a win while Chesaning will be coming in after a loss.

On Monday, Durand earned a 3-1 victory over Swartz Creek. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Railroaders.

Durand was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-11, 20-25, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Chesaning lost 3-0 to Mt. Morris on Thursday. The Indians have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

The win got Durand back to even at 14-14-3. As for Chesaning, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.

Durand was able to grind out a solid victory over Chesaning when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Railroaders since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
