Basketball Recap: All Saints Episcopal School Patriots vs. Christ the King Cathedral Golden Lions

Make it 15 blowout wins for the All Saints Episcopal School Patriots this season. They really took it to Christ the King Cathedral for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-37 victory on the road. The win was just what All Saints Episcopal School needed coming off of a 60-39 defeat in their prior matchup.

All Saints Episcopal School got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Rohan Felton out in front who almost dropped a double-double on 21 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Felton has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brady Lowe, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds.

All Saints Episcopal School's victory bumped their record up to 24-4. As for Christ the King Cathedral, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 19-13 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. All Saints Episcopal School will take on the on Tuesday. Southcrest Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1112th, while the Patriots are ranked 546th). As for Christ the King Cathedral, they will head out on the road to square off against the Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ascension Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight contests -- so hopefully the Golden Lions like a good challenge.
