Preview: Male vs. Pleasure Ridge Park
If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Male. On Friday they take on Pleasure Ridge Park at 7:30 PM. Male are coming into the contest hot, having won six in a row.
Male had enough points to win and then some against Butler last Friday, taking their match 30-12.
Meanwhile, we expected Pleasure Ridge Park to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked St. Xavier, and they did. Pleasure Ridge Park suffered a grim 13-45 defeat to St. Xavier. Pleasure Ridge Park were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-35.
Everything went Male's way against Pleasure Ridge Park the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 34-13 victory.
