Volleyball Recap: Wasatch Academy Takes a Loss

Wasatch Academy and Carbon squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Wasatch Academy had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Dinos. The Tigers have struggled against the Dinos recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Carbon found their leader in sophomore Grant Mathis, who had 11 assists and four digs.

Wasatch Academy's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Carbon, they moved to 15-10 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Wasatch Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Dugway on the 7th. As for Carbon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Salt Lake Academy on the 7th.
