Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greene County). They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 78-32 win over the Isabella Mustangs. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Greene County got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ronald Wilder Jr. out in front who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 16 boards. Wilder Jr. is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Jeremiah Bullock was another key player, putting up 16 points in addition to six boards and four steals.

Greene County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 32 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 20 offensive rebounds in six consecutive contests.

Greene County has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for Isabella, their loss was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-12.

Greene County will host Isabella at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Isabella, they and Holtville will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
