There's no place like home for Belle Chasse, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy Tigers with a sharp 48-27 win on Monday. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Belle Chasse's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ja'Nyah Manual, who posted seven points and 19 boards. Those 19 rebounds gave Manual a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaedynce Cooks, who had 13 points.

The victory got Belle Chasse back to even at 3-3. As for Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
