Volleyball Recap: Springer Wins Going Away Against Mora + How To Watch

Springer won the last time they faced Mora and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Red Devils were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rangers/Rangerettes. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Devils.

While Springer won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-11, 26-24.

Brenna Duran paced Springer's offense, picking up 12 kills. Duran got some help from Abigail Eppler and her 23 assists. Eppler was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Springer's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Mora, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-8.

Looking ahead, Springer will head out to take on Raton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mora, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Penasco at 6:00 p.m. on October 7.
