Milford extended their home winning streak to five games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Kylie Perone. The Eagles walked away with a 59-48 win over the Winton Woods Warriors on Monday for which the team can thank Perone, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 16 boards. She has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times she's played.

Milford's record is now 7-1. As for Winton Woods, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 8-1.

Milford and Winton Woods should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Eagles will face off against Harrison at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday with a big rank advantage (49 vs. 322). Meanwhile, Winton Woods (ranked third) will meet Princeton (ranked 30th) at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
