Softball Recap: Loachapoka Takes a Loss

Loachapoka lost against Russell County back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 14-12. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Loachapoka's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Russell County, with the win, they broke their 15-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-15.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loachapoka will face off against Reeltown at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Russell County, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Pike Road at 5:30 p.m. The Warriors are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
