Soccer Recap: Maclay Starts Season with Win at Home

Maclay took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Suwannee Bulldogs a 5-0 shutout. The victory continues a trend for Maclay in their matchups with Suwannee: they've now won six in a row.

Maclay hit Suwannee with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Luke Daunt (2), Zach Ghazvini, Grant Ulrich, and Santi Nunez.

Maclay didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Chiles on the 7th. As for Suwannee, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Columbia on the 5th.
