Preview: Bridgehampton Killer Bees vs. Southold Settlers
The Bridgehampton Killer Bees will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Southold Settlers at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Bridgehampton's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
Bridgehampton pushed their score all the way to 58 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 69-58 to Smithtown Christian.
Meanwhile, Southold also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to the Knights by a score of 59-51.
Bridgehampton's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Southold, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Bridgehampton strolled past the Settlers in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a score of 71-54. Does Bridgehampton have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Settlers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
