Rogue River and Bonanza are an even 3-3 against one another since September of 2015, but not for long. The Chieftains will be playing in front of their home fans against the Antlers at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Bonanza took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Rogue River, who comes in off a win.

Rogue River's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Illinois Valley 34-0. The Chieftains might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Bonanza was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Lost River and fell 46-6. While losing is never fun, the Antlers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon football rankings (they are ranked 50th, while the Raiders are ranked fourth).

Bonanza's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Rogue River, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.
