Softball Preview: Lanesville Eagles vs. North Harrison Cougars

The Lanesville Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the North Harrison Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Lanesville is looking to tack on another W to their eight-game streak on the road dating back to last season.

Lanesville's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over Paoli.

Felicity Cunningham made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. Cunningham has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances. Cunningham was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
