Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rochester Prep). They snuck past the Lima Christian Saints with a 54-48 victory on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 52-44 back in January.

Despite the loss, Lima Christian still got an impressive performance from Alyssa Marsh, who dropped a double-double with 34 points and 17 boards. That was a full 70.8% of Lima Christian's points, marking the 14th time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. Sophy Britton was another key player, putting up three points along with five rebounds and five blocks.

Rochester Prep's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Lima Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rochester Prep will take on Wayne at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lima Christian, they will challenge Scio Central/Friendship at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
