Academy for Academic Excellence's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy, their record now sits at 3-6.

Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy skirted past Academy for Academic Excellence 7-6 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around.
