Baseball Recap: Four Straight Road Wins for Perry

Perry won against Orange on Monday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Pirates beat the Lions by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-3. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Perry's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Orange, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Coming up, Perry will head out to face off against South at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Orange, they will host Holy Name at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
