Screven County had won six straight games and Jaliah Roberts did her part to make it seven on Friday. The Screven County Gamecocks sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 45-43 win over the Bryan County Redskins thanks to Roberts, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Rayven Tyler was another key player, putting up 11 points. That's the most points she has posted since back in February of 2024.

Screven County's victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Bryan County, their loss dropped their record down to 23-3.
