Eugene had to settle for second on Tuesday, but Jack Libbert sure wasn't going down easily. Libbert produced his best game of the campaign: he went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Looking ahead, Libbert and Eugene will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Christian Fellowship at 5:00 p.m. Sadly, Libbert's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Eagles' eight-game streak of wins on the road.
